The grievance of the petitioners is that their names in the 7/12 extract are not being recorded though the petitioners have approached on number of occasions.

The petitioners can approach the District Level Committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015. 3.

In case the petitioners approach the Committee, the Committee shall consider the application and decide it and issue necessary directions preferably, within a period of four months thereafter.

4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
