Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2.

Learned counsel Shri. Nagargoje h/f Shri. Bhosale, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted promotion. At the instance of a third person who is not an employee of the Zhilla Parishad, the order of promotion was reviewed and the promotion order was recalled. The petitioner preferred appeal against the said decision which was also dismissed. Petitioner preferred revision against the said order which is pending. hearing is being taken place. He, therefore, prays for status-quo to be maintained as, in other writ petitions similar order has been passed.

Learned AGP for respondents/State submits that the order has already been implemented. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received any such order till date.

Admittedly, in other writ petitions, status-quo already has been granted. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 if the status-quo is directed to be maintained till the disposal of the revision pending before the Hon'ble Minister. In the light of that, parties to maintain statusquo till the decision of revision pending before the Hon'ble Minister. With these directions, petition stands disposed of. [M. G.
