Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that execution petitions are filed before the court below and the respondents/original claimants are making haste to execute the awards passed by the reference court. In view of this, effect, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the reference court is hereby stayed on condition that the applicants shall deposit the entire amount under the awards within 8 weeks from the date of this order. Failing therein, the stay granted shall be vacated automatically without any reference to the Court. 3.
