The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact, the petitioners were entitled for compensation for the land acquired under the Award dated 26.12.2017. 2.

The petitioners have remedy available under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The petitioners may approach the Collector in that regard. The Collector shall proceed further in accordance with law and the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation Act with regard to

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
