s grievance appears to be in relation to the impugned order dated 03.06.2022. In the light of the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022, his grievance is redressed.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays that since the claim for validity is pending, the Committee be directed to decide the same within a time frame.

The learned AGP submits that the case of the Petitioner is pending at the stage of the Vigilance Cell inquiry and six months time would be sufficient for decision.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner on or before 29.02.2024.
