Recently the chargesheet has been filed. Hence, leave granted to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the learned Sessions Court. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this application has not been disposed of on merit. Therefore, the application for bail, if any, filed by the applicant, the learned Sessions Court shall not get influenced by this order and such bail application shall be decided purely on merit by considering the chargesheet.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad, do pay the fee to the learned counsel appointed for respondent No.3/victim as per the schedule.
