Though learned counsel for the respondent-insurer has strongly resisted the application on various grounds, however, it appears that the respondent-insurer has preferred the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the Tribunal to the extent of the quantum of the compensation and the contributory negligence by the deceased. The deceased was the bread earner of the family. In view of the same, out of the compensation amount vre/-

59-CA-7531-2020.odt deposited before this Court, the applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
