If there is apportionment of the amount and/or the entitlement of the amount, the petitioner can remedy to take steps under sections 64, 65 or 75 of the Right to Fair Compensation Act. 3.

The petitioner may avail such remedy as may be permissible in law. In that event, all contentions are kept open. 4.
