The challenge raised in this petition is in respect of conduct of proceedings by the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Ahmednagar, under Section 45(1) of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963. It is not a matter of dispute that the final orders are yet to be passed. Considering interlocutory nature of the order, no interference, at this stage, is warranted. The petitioners have already been protected sufficiently while disposing of Writ Petition No.4405 of 2018. The objections, those are raised in the instant petition, would be available to be raised at an appropriate stage and after issuance of final orders by the deciding authority.

In view of the above and considering the fact that petition is presented at premature stage, same is disposed of. Pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
