Heard Mr. Pahune Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. The applicant by way of present application prays for extension of interim relief in Writ Petition No. 5810 of 2019, which was disposed of by this Court on 10th June, 2019. An interim relief was granted on 21st May, 2019 by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Vacation. By our Order dated 10th June, 2019, while assigning reasons in detail, this Court found that the decision of the respondent-corporation was based on Evaluation
2 C.A.No. 8179/2019 Committee's Report and as per the norms prescribed by the corporation. This Court found that the petition is devoid of merits and accordingly the petition was dismissed.

In view of these facts, we are unable to pursue ourselves either to allow the application or to grant the prayer for extension of the interim relief granted by the learned Single Judge of this Court in vacation. The application, thus, also being meritless, deserves to be rejected and the same is accordingly rejected.
