At 10.30 a.m. today, the Petitioners moved a motion stating that the District Magistrate has passed an order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002. Since the Petitioner has a efficacious statutory remedy under Section 17, we have taken the matter on the production board.
