Heard. This application is for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company in this Court pursuant to the judgment and award passed by MACT, Osmanabad in MACP No. 521/2018. The amount awarded is only Rs. 5,00,000/- including NFL. Considering that, this Court is inclined to allow the application in following terms.

ORDER

(i) The application is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount along with accrued interest deposited by the appellant Insurance Company in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. Remaining amount be invested in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank till the disposal of the appeal. The application stands disposed of. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) ssc/
