The appellant present along with his Advocate. He tendered withdrawal pursis. The appellant admit his signature on the withdrawal pursis. The pursis is also signed by the Advocate representing the appellant. The appellant submits that he has entered into settlement with the respondent. In view of the settlement, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

Respondent No. 1 present confirm that settlement has taken place with the appellant and he has paid the amount of Rs. 3 Lakhs to appellant.
