The learned A.P.P. submits that the chargesheet is filed. This application takes exception only to the FIR.

Having gone through the contents of the allegations in the FIR and particularly when the chargesheet is filed, we are not inclined to entertain this application. The criminal application stands

criapln4014-2016 rejected. However, the rejection of this application should not be construed as an impediment in case the applicant wishes to take up the appropriate remedy as available in law.
