Pursuant to the disposal of First Appeal No.2073 of 2023 by this Court vide its order dated 17th March 2025, learned Advocate Mr. S. S. Manale for the applicants/original claimants seeks permission to withdraw the amount to which they are entitled as per the said order. He would further submit that the amount is already deposited by the respondent no.2 in this Court.

Mr. Choudhari appearing for respondent no.2, expresses no objection to allow the present Civil Application. Hence following order :-

ORDER

a.

Civil Application No.8507 of 2025 is allowed in terms

( 2 ) 959 CA 8507 OF 2025 of prayer clause "B". The amount deposited in this Court in First Appeal No.2073 of 2023 is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants, on condition that they shall be deposited requisite court fees.

b.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
