DATE : 15th January 2021 PER COURT :

1.

Mr Pokale, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has the caste certificate of belonging to Dhangar caste. The said certificate was issued to the petitioner as belonging to Other Backward Class. The petitioner has also now been issued the certificate in Form - 8 of Dhangar - N.T. (C).

2.

It appears that the petitioner filled in the application as belonging to Other Backward Class instead of N.T. (C). The petitioner, it appears was confused as Dhangar caste is Other Backward Class in the Central list. In State list, the same is N.T. (C).
