The facts have been discussed in the order dated 10.08.2022. The marriage of the applicant was performed eleven years before. They were living happy life, but all of a sudden, false allegations of forcing the complainant to bring Rs.4 lacs have been levelled against the applicant.

Considering the allegations, there are no elements to believe that custodial interrogation of the applicant would serve the purpose. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

(A) The Application is allowed.
