Present civil application is filed for extension of time to deposit the cost as directed by this Court under order dated 15th January, 2016. This Court directed the applicant to deposit Rs. 2,500/- with the Library Committee of Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of four weeks.

More than two and half years have lapsed. Even the application was never circulated prior to June 2018. However, taking a liberal view and so as to do substantial justice, the applicant shall deposit cost of Rs. 2,500/- as directed under order dated 15.01.2016 and additional cost of Rs. 2,500/- total Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousands only) within a period of four (04) weeks from today. Failing to deposit the cost as directed would result in dismissal of the petition. The civil application is disposed of.
