1. This is an application for suspension of sentence. The Applicant had earlier preferred Criminal Application No. 1850/2021 in Criminal Appeal No. 230/2018, which was rejected on merits. Directions were given to list the appeal in due course. That order was passed on 25.09.2019. The Applicant was arrested in year 2012. She is a lady. Considering these circumstances, we are directing to Registry of this Court, to place the main appeal for final disposal on the Weekly Board commencing from 11.07.2022.

2. With this observation, since we are directing the appeal to be listed for final hearing, this application in the backdrop of the earlier order passed on merits, is rejected.
