Parties to the petition, pursuant to provisions of North Maharashtra University Act, are amenable to that the matter may be considered by the Grievance Committee. The Grievance Committee may look into the communication to the University, dated 25.4.2014. The petitioner may, if required, file appropriate proceedings before the said Committee.
