The Registry has received a report from the learned Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate F.C., Kopargaon, wherein it is stated that R.C.C. No.87 of 2016 is posted for framing of charge on 21.09.2016.

In that view of the matter, the applicants would be at liberty to file an application for discharge before the Court concerned on or before 20.09.2016. In case, such application is filed, the Court concerned to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from filing of the application.

We make it clear that the liberty granted today for filing application for discharge, will be available till 20.09.2016. In case, no such application is filed by the applicants, the Court concerned to proceed to frame the charge on the scheduled date i.e. 21.09.2016.

With the above observations, the Criminal Application stands disposed of.
