Heard. This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0135/2022, registered at Nandurbar Taluka Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 364-A, 341, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

On investigation, charge sheet has been filed. Two of the co-accused have been granted bail. No amount has been parted with by the informant pursuant to the threats given by the applicants. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of the trial. In view of this, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicants. Hence the order :

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0135/2022, registered at Nandurbar Taluka Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 364A, 341, 387 of the Indian Penal Code on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety in the like amount.

(iii) The applicants shall mark their attendance with the concerned police station once a week i.e. on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till conclusion of the trial. (iv) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
