I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant for some time.

The learned counsel for the applicant has also fairly accepted that there is no change in circumstance, as such. This successive application for anticipatory bail has been fled only on the ground that co-accused, who happened to be the Chairman is now arrested. 3.

The applicant's earlier bail application no.1352 of 2018 for anticipatory bail was disposed off as withdrawn vide order dated 20.2.2019 by this Court and no liberty aaa/-

aba 981.2021.odt was granted to fle the application at the later stage. Furthermore, there is no change in the circumstances. 4.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain this application. Hence, following order.
