This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant-insurance company in this Court. The claim of the applicant is injury claim. The Tribunal has awarded lumpsum amount of Rs. 10 lakhs towards compensation plus medical and other expenses. Total amount awarded is Rs.23,54,083/-. Now the insurance company has deposited amount of Rs.29 lakhs in this Court.

Considering the above, following order :- (i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs) along with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

( 2 ) ca9306.24 (ii) Remaining amount shall be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time, till disposal of the appeal.

(iii) The civil application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.
