DATED : 13th MARCH, 2020 PER COURT:- Learned counsel for the petitioners in both the petitions, on instructions, submits that due to passage of time, these writ petitions have become infructuous. It pertains to the Gram Panchayat elections for the period from 2015-2020. These writ petitions are challenging the order dated 21.07.2015 passed by the Returning Officer, thereby rejecting the nomination forms of the petitioners. In view of above submission, writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
