The Applicant prays for condonation of 78 days delay caused in filing the Review Application seeking review of the order of this Court dated 22.04.2013 passed in Writ Petition No.1890/2013. Shri Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the learned Judge who passed the order under view has since retired. The learned Advocates for the Non-Applicants oppose the application for condonation of delay. Alternatively, it is submitted that the costs may be imposed and the same be donated to the Advocate

The Civil Application is, therefore, allowed. Delay of 78 days is condoned subject to the Applicant depositing costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of TWO WEEKS from today. After the costs are deposited, the Review Application be registered and be listed for hearing on 02.02.2016.
