The petitioners are seeking approval to their appointments as Teachers from the initial date of their appointments which they claim to be 10.04.2018 and 13.06.2010.

A specific statement is made in the petition that the respondents are not even accepting the proposals.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.3 to accept and decide the petitioner's proposal on their own merits. They may consider all the relevant Government Resolutions including the GR dated 21.01.2013 and all other applicable GRs. The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks of receipt of the proposals.
