Order :- 1.

Extended term of the administrator comes to an end in February 2017. The respondent - administrator is obliged under law to complete the process of election and shall install new managing committee in office before completion of extended term.

In this view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with direction to respondents No. 3 and 4 to complete process of election for electing managing committee of respondent No. 5 before 16-02-2017. 3.

It is directed that, administrator, who is Government Official shall not be changed and any private individual person shall not be installed in the office as an administrator.
