Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel on instructions submits that, the petitioner has already joined at transferred place and further submits that, there is one vacancy available at Vanyavihir under Akkalkuwa Panchayat Samiti. The petitioner would make a representations for his transfer to Vanyavihir under Akkalkuwa Panchayat Samiti.

In case the petitioner makes such an application seeking transfer at aforesaid place, then the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar shall consider the said application on its
