The Petitioner was before us in Writ Petition No.10029/2021. By an order dated 09/09/2021, the Co-ordinate Bench directed him to approach the Constituted Committee, since such Committee has been constituted under the Circular dated 13/02/2015.

The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions, received by him from Shri. Gaurav Sahebrao Ingole, Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon, who is personally present in the Court for

9520.24wp (2) briefing the learned A.G.P., that the Petitioner has not approached the Constituted Committee.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner would approach the Committee by making an appropriate application with complete details. He would await the decision of the Committee. If his grievance is not redressed by the Committee, he would approach the Civil Court, seeking appropriate directions.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction that, if the Committee receives the application from the Petitioner, it shall decide his grievance within 60 days from the date of the application of the Petitioner. A reasoned order be passed. If the Committee serves a copy of it's conclusion on the Petitioner and if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, he would be at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
