The learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 submit that, the petitioner has an alternate remedy as per Government Resolution dated 26th June, 2014 by way of an appeal. 2.

In the light of that, though Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to canvas submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the
