The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance with regard to transfer has already been raised before the Chief Executive Officer on 01.07.2019. No cognizance has taken as yet. In view of the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, the Chief Executive Officer is competent to take decision on the objections raised by the party. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent No. 3. 3.

In case, the representation of the petitioner with regard to the transfer is pending with respondent No. 1 (Exhibit 'J', page no. 34), then the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one week from the date of the order is communicated.
