PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The Execution application is presented seeing recovery of the amount awarded by the Reference Court in the year 2012, however, on perusal of the Roznama at Exhibit-B page 60, it does appear that the decree-holder has not taken steps for ensuring appearance of the acquiring body.

2) Keeping the option of the petitioner open to prosecute the remedies already availed, the writ petition is disposed of.
