Dated : 13 August 2024 PER COURT :- Learned APP submits that today Mr. Amol Bharti, Deputy Superintend of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Shrirampur Division is present and upon his instructions, he makes a statement that as regards the representation that has been made to respondent nos. 3 and 4 by the petitioner and which is now before respondent no.4, would be taken up as per the Government Notification dated 25.02.2019 and they would expedite the process by adhering to the circular. In view of the said statement so also the statement is made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner would co-operate in sharing the information to the Investigating Officer, we are of the opinion that the Writ Petition can be disposed of. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.
