PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.6 has tendered across the Bar affidavit in reply. Same is taken on record. Para 14 of the said reply reads thus, - "14.

I say and submit that I pray to g rant three months time to the Corporation for making the payment of salary of petitioner No.1 and I undertake that, within a period of three months, the corporation will arrange for the payment of salary of the petitioner."

2) In view of the aforesaid statement in para 14, the petition stands disposed of.

3) Needless to observe that the prohibitory order passed on 23rd September, 2015 stands vacated.
