This is an Application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court. 2.

In connected matter, this Court has passed an order dated 10-12-2019 on CA/9457/2019 in FAST/3760/2016. I do not want to take a different view. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I] The claimants herein are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount with accrued interest deposited in this Court, 50% by furnishing undertaking to the effect that in the event decision in the First Appeal is

2 4002-2021-1036 adverse to their interest, they would pay back / re-deposit the amount within the stipulated period and 25% by furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
