The present writ petition impugns order dated 27.06.2025 issued by Special Recovery Officer, the Shirpur Merchants Co-operative Bank Limited, District Dhule by which the petitioner is served the notice under Section 107 (5) of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

Mr. Bagul, learned advocate appearing for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. The written instructions is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In that view of matter, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate remedy under law, in case the action is initiated in respect of immovable property.
