Heard both the sides. Mr.Vinod Patil, learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 has objection for releasing the entire amount on the ground that enhancement is granted five times more than the amount awarded by the SLAO. In view of this, 70% of the amount be paid to the applicants on the following terms.

a) 50% of the amount be paid on furnishing undertaking on usual terms.

b) 20% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
