Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.390 of 2024 registered with Ahmedpur Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he assaulted the injured by a weapon like sickle. The injured has suffered injuries on his shoulder. The weapon has been recovered from the applicant. The injured is reported to be discharged from the hospital. So, it may be said that he is out of danger. The medical report is silent about the nature of injures whether is it simple or grievous. However, the injury was seen bone deep. The applicant and the injured had a dispute over the drainage in agricultural land. There are no antecedents to

937-ba-1282-2024.odt (2) the discredit of the applicant. The Court believe that the material investigation against the applicant has been completed. Hence, no purpose would be served by keeping him behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Bandu @ Bandopant Venkati Jadhav, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant should attend the police station as and when called on written notice by the investigation officer till filing the charge sheet.
