The petitioner claims to possess H.S.C. qualification and is appointed on the post of Hostel Superintendent and seeks pay scale of trained Hostel Superintendent.

The issue is no longer res integra in view of the various orders of this Court in Writ Petition bearing No.188 of 2016 decided on 21.09.2016.

The respondents shall verify the qualification of the petitioner and after having confirmed that the petitioner possesses qualification of H.S.C. and is working as Hostel Superintendent, shall pay salary to the petitioner of the trained Hostel Superintendent possessing requisite qualification. The same shall be done within a period of six months.
