It is stated in the application that there is delay of 29 days. Appellant - Prakash died on 04.05.2021 i.e. during Pandemic. In view of the directions of the Apex Court to condone delay occurred during Pandemic, present application is stated to be within time. The same is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
