It is stated that, in connected matter, 80% of the amount in deposit was permitted to be withdrawn in view of the fact that the enhancement is not more than four times of the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition officer. In view of the same, the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount in deposit as against furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalsed Bank till disposal of the appeals.

Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount are accordingly disposed of.
