By the order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 10.01.2022, a group of matters was dismissed for non removal of the office objections within three weeks. By way of the present application, the original petitioner is seeking its restoration by condoning the delay of 866 days.

Though we do not fully agree with the applicant/petitioner regarding the calculation of the delay, considering the nature of the dispute which pertains to the petitioner's employment with the respondent and the grounds mentioned, the civil application is allowed. The delay is condoned, and the writ petition is restored, subject to the petitioner depositing a cost of Rs. 3,000/- with this Court and removing the office objections, both within four weeks from today.
