Mr. Bhise, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that respondents have calculated that height of the petitioner is 159 cms. But the petitioner was examined at the Primary Health Centre, Ghargaon, Tq. Sangamner. The Medical Officer of the said Primary Health Centre has given certificate after examination that height of the petitioner is 160 cms.

The respondents had sent the petitioner to the Medical Board where, on examination, the Board has concluded that height of the petitioner is 159 cms. Minimum height required is 160 cms. Same is the policy of the respondent. It would not be possible for us to interfere with the said policy. The said policy is also not a subject matter of the challenge.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
