Heard learned advocate for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Pawde, who submits that he has filed a caveat on behalf of Mr. Pandurang Laxman Dakore, who claims to be the original complainant. 2.

The petitioner is before the Hon'ble Minister in revision preferred under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (for short "Act of 1960"). It is his stand that his application for interim relief as contemplated under Section 154(3A) of the Act of 1960 is pending in that revision and it is not being decided on its own merits.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Hon'ble Minister to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application preferred under Section 154(3A) of the Act of 1960 as early as possible and in any case within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
