The dispute is with regard to the sanction of additional posts for the academic year 2015-2016.

According to the petitioner, as the strength of students is increased the petitioner is entitled for the additional posts of Assistant Teachers. The Education Officer earlier filed an affidavit stating that the petitioner is entitled for the additional posts but there is non availability of the class rooms. It is further submitted that, second affidavit is filed accepting the

2 wp 8076.16 availability of the class rooms but stating that the posts are considered as per the academic year 2014-2015. 3.

The affidavit further states that, if, the Management submits the proposal the same would be considered and forwarded to the Government for necessary action. 4.

The petitioner may submit the details, proposal with regard to the posts for the academic year 2015-2016. The said proposal shall be complete with all the attending documents. On receipt of the said proposal the Education Officer in accordance with the procedure, as laid down, shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within 4 months. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
