1] The applicants have taken out these applications seeking recall of the order dated 11.03.2020 resulting into dismissal of the application seeking condonation of delay for the reasons set out in the application.

7729.20CA+.odt 2] It is submitted that due to inadvertent mistake the copies of the application remained to be supplied and in view of the condition of the order, application seeking condonation of delay has been dismissed.

3] Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and learned APP for the respondent-State submit that they have no objection for setting aside the order and to restore the application.

4] On due consideration of the submissions advanced, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' to 'C'. Applications along with Appeals stand restored.

5] List the applications seeking condonation of delay for hearing on 06.01.2021.
