This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 Champabai W/o. Shrimant Gaikwad and respondent no.2 Sindhubai W/o. Vishwanath Chavan, who expired on 21.04.2008 and 15.11.2012, respectively. 2.

Present application is filed within limitation. Legal heirs are disclosed in paragraph nos.2 and 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.4 and 5 of the application and in the interest of justice, the said legal representatives are required to be brought on record. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(I) The Application stands allowed.

(II) Legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 Champabai W/o. Shrimant Gaikwad and respondent no.2 Sindhubai W/o. Vishwanath Chavan are permitted to be brought on record.

(IV) Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

(V) Civil Application No.9255 of 2021 stands disposed of accordingly.
