Appellants No.1 to 4 are present. They are identified by Shri R. K. Temkar, Advocate for Appellants.

Respondent No.2 is present through its authorised officer, Shri R. M. Solanke. He is identified by Shri. R. D. Borde, advocate holding for Shri U. S. Malte, Advocate for Respondent No.2.

Both the parties admit the terms of compromise and their respective signatures. The compromise pursis is placed on record and is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. 4.
In view of terms of compromise at Exhibit 'X', respondent No.2 to pay Rs.4,21,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Twenty
925-FA-1366-08.odt One Thousand Only) as additional compensation in full and final settlement inclusive of NFL amount, interest, cost and other incidental expenses within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of award, failing which it shall carry interest as directed by the M.A.C. Tribunal, Shrirampur from today till realisation of the entire amount.

Appellants No.2 to 4 have no objection if the entire amount is paid to appellant No.1.

The first appeal is disposed of. Civil Application, if any, also stands disposed of.

Court fees should be refunded as per rules.
