(ii) The process to elect the President i.e. successor in office of the present petitioner, which is scheduled to be held today i.e. 09.11.2020, pursuant to the election programme dated 21.10.2020, declared by the Collector, Beed, may go on, but result of the same shall be subject to decision of the appeal, to be decided by the Minister. Civil Application No.7486 of 2020 for intervention, stands disposed of.
